I was supposed to keep this car for a while, but I stumbled upon a car that I couldn't pass up, and owning two E46 M3s is a bit silly.
I bought this car from the second owner, who purchased the car from the first owner. This car has been in California since new, originally spec'd by the first owner, who owned the car for the vast majority of its life. I have all documentation for this car dating back to delivery, including the original sales slip, window sticker, all service records, so forth.
The car's spec: Silver Grey exterior, black interior. Zero options apart from: 19" wheels, electric seats. This means: original manual, no sunroof, halogen headlights, no PDC, no roof antenna, no headlight washers. Aesthetically, this is the 'cleanest' E46 M3 you could've specified.
The car: 111k miles, 3 owners including myself, clean title, clean CarFax with the exception of one minor damage report from the previous owner [a car backed into the driver's side fender in a parking lot at <5mph...I have photos of damage, car maintains all original paint - paint meters welcome!]
Maintenance: No big three, though the car has been religiously maintained from new well before BMW suggested service intervals as indicated by the records. Cooling system refreshed, alternator replaced, fairly standard maintenance done. The car has never been neglected.
This car is completely stock, it feels like a time machine back to 2005. Great condition inside and out, rear seats and passenger seat appear brand new. Driver's seat in great condition, minor wear on driver's bolster.
