Big 3 completed
Rebuilt AZ title (see Carfax)

Price: $26,500
This has been my M3 for the pat 6 years, but with a growing family and relocation coming, its probably smart that I downsize, and unfortunately, the M3 makes the most sense in the fleet to go.
Because this car does have a rebuilt AZ title (originally a rebuilt CA title) I am choosing to give every bit of the "story" prior to me owning the car, and of course, my 6yr history of the car. There is no frame or structural damage, and I am happy to get this on a lift at a buyer request and film/document anything that is requested. The car has been completely resprayed, minus the roof, and I will include paint measuring readings across the entire car. (minus the trunk, as it is a VCSL CF)
I bought this car off a client in 2020 with 80,000 miles, and IMO it was a running project, and Id state now, it still is, although its much closer in my view to being complete now. When I purchased it, it had a VF blower on it, and some race clutch that felt awful. The PO had the kit installed along with the racing clutch kit. I then started to remove the VF blower, and replace the clutch/flywheel with a factory one, as I wanted the car NA and factory clutch feeling. Upon removing the transmission, it was clear the PO or his shop had not aligned it correctly, as the fluid had shavings in it. Being an E46 M3 owner since 2007, I was able to connect with a great forum seller of converted SMG - Manual transmissions, and snag a recently converted SMG to manual transmission to swap in. To clear some confusion I get when I tell people this, it was and still is a 6spd, but it does not have the original manual in it. I went with a converted SMG over a used manual due to the unknown abuse a true manual might have, and far more often than not, the SMG's are in pretty great shape. The transmission is still in, and working flawlessly. That is my only real "story" with this car, as everything else I have done has gone to plan with no surprises.
The VF blower was removed (and sold, no longer have it) and a Turner CSL airbox was installed in its place.
I want to be closer to the exact mileage than my current memory allows, so please give me some time to accurately place the mileage of when I replaced the parts listed.

Random parts: BNIB Corteco drivers side strut mount (passenger side was, or maybe still NLA)
Factory rebuilt injectors
Random gaskets for headers/exhaust
Oil filter(s)
Spare set of wheel bolts (new set currently on car)
Small random clips ect. for interior
I might* be able to include a set of the factory ZCP wheels, depending on sales price and if a local buddy whom I am storing them for is willing to sell
Cons:
The Elring VCG is leaking, its one of the "covid" era ones. I might be up to replace this with an OE one prior to a buyer taking delivery, depending on sale price and my allotted time
20yr paint/body, its not flaking ect, but its got small random RIDS that the paint correction did not remove, Ill let the photos do more explaining
Rear brakes are nearly at the replacement point, no light is on, but I routinely check pad depth, and they're about 4ish mills left, the rotors will need to be replaced at the same time
Factory navigation head unit is failing, speakers no longer function, and the screen is very pixelated. The remedy is a new Head unit. AMP has been replaced
I have two sets of interior for this car, one is a partial Tanin red (everything minus the front seats) and the other the original Black Nappa. Neither have tears, both in decent shape.
A & C pillars could use another re-wrap, but are OK
Fog lights are cracked (I have a BNIB set that I had PPF'd ready to install)
Rear quarter glass seals are cracking
I believe that is all. Ive owned the car too long with no plans to sell so my memory might be missing something small mod or maintenance wise. During 4 of the 6 years, I was a service advisor for 2 of the local Euro shops in town, so I had decent access to parts and labor. I do have the receipts from when I shipped the car to Matt@Techcraft Performance who did the VANOS/Rod bearings/Headers and small maintenance while "in there" engine mounts ect. and I have my parts receipts for just about everything, minus the CSL airbox, which I purchased off a friend at the time.
Rebuilt title/Accident: I wish I had more information, but the PO was an older gentlemen who didnt have much to tell me about it, as it was before his ownership, and I can only go by the Carfax showing on 6/2011 there was a drivers side rear side swipe, stating the car was drive-able, but it was a month later deemed salvage. It was repaired in CA and passed CA rebuilt title requirements. The carfax also shows (no date listed) a front end report, but it has no information, no dates listed ect, so I don't know what to say about this, other than there is no structural damage that Ive been able to see or measure. The car has always aligned straight without issue. I have done a new alignment either after servicing to suspension, or every 3 years with new tires, and do have these printouts (Hunter Laser machines). To give a serious buyer some ease, as mentioned above, I can have this on a lift and thoroughly go through any areas you wish to see. As you can imagine, I got a decent amount off this car VS a clean title IB/ZCP manual, and my asking price is reflective of that. To price it out, Ive followed the few that have sold on BAT/C&B and private sales and stayed within the avg. of what those sold for.
Id sincerely like to stay in touch with the new owner, and I am very open to acquiring this car back in the future if that's ever an option. Its been a wonderful car for the past 6 years, and I didn't think Id ever be listing it for sale.
I will be uploading photos and the CarFax as soon as I can. Until then, please DM me and I can send the carfax to your email/phone along with somewhat recent photos.
