Reviving this after installing Whiteline adjustable front sway bar end links I got from Vorshlag. I have MCS 2WNRs and have run OE end links and briefly tried Bimmerworld adjustable which were immediately noisy. The OEs worked ok but can't adjust out preload and were very close to the front control arms. Really happy with the Whiteline end links, very easy to adjust, have sealed joints and are dead quiet. Recommend.

I have Lemforder links, I should really take a caliper and measure the diameter to see if it's close enough to a standard thread size. At least if it's around 8 or 10 mm I could either do M8 or M10, if slightly smaller there is correspondingly 5/16 or 3/8. Might just be hard to find a LH thread M8 or M10 tap and die

Only thing I can think of is that the stud on the end link isn't sized right for your strut/sway. Might want to call up BW and ask. I've found them very helpful. I use them for most of the parts on our track car.

I switched to ground control for my replacements.

I’m using ground control solids. No complaints. Doesn’t seem like there’s a bad choice.

Quite surprising actually.
Just be careful with them if you haven't adjusted them in a while. If the threaded rod gets seized in the link-end be gentle with it. The ends are cast aluminum and will break easily. Ask me how I know. Luckily you only *need* one end link to properly adjust preload.

My last car had bimmerworld race end links, and while they were very pretty and easy to adjust, they started popping once the heim joints weren't perfectly clean. Those were too race car, I need a more street friendly, yet still adjustable setup.
TMS adjustable end links good for street.
