    Pricecheck: 2003 M3 AW/Cinnamon - Big 3 Done - Maintenance records

Mods: Not sure if price check threads are allowed, please let me know if they are not.

Looking for some input on what to ask for my M3. I was thinking $25-30k but it seems prices are all over the place between 18k and 40k.

I purchased this car in October of 2014 from a member on M3Forum who purchased the car from Florida. Always garage kept, never driven in snow/salt while in the midwest. Rarely driven in the rain. I’ve put almost 17,000 miles on the car in the ~6.5 years I’ve owned it (not nearly enough!) I’ve done a ~dozen track days while I’ve owned it (Road America, National Corvette Museum, Autobahn Country Club) and it’s an absolute thrill to drive. Unfortunately I’ve recently moved further from any tracks so it’s no longer feasible to do a quick weekend track event. Every time I take this car out I get thumbs up, people taking pictures, etc. It’s a clean, timeless car with tasteful mods that work well together on the street and track. I don’t need to sell the car, just looking to free up some garage space for other hobbies.

    To-Do/Not Installed:

    The Bad:
    • 3 accidents I’m aware of:
      • Accident reported involving front impact (2011 by PO)
      • Accident reported involving front right impact (2012 by PO)
      • The 3rd I slid into a high limestone curb in my hometown which cracked the front bumper, scuffed the rear wheel and cracked the rear diffuser. At some point one of the POs had the OEM fog light holes patched over to give a CSL look. That wasn’t my style so I had insurance replace the bumper with an OEM Euro front bumper. They also replaced the wheel and the rear diffuser. I added OEM fog lights and worked with the shop to inspect the front end to identify any damage from the previous two collisions. No fixes or damage to anything that they or I could tell. All OEM parts were found as expected.
    • Passenger inner cv axle boot tear (FCPEuro sells a repair kit for $20)
      • I also have 2 spare axles I planned to rebuild and swap in at some point.
    • Exterior:
      • Couple rock chips on the front hood and windshield washer covers
      • Deep scratch in driver quarter (repaired by PO but still visible in the right light)
      • Trunk doesn’t 100% match (only noticeable under garage lighting)
    • Interior
      • Usual cracks in OEM seat leather and door armrests
      • Light scratches on center console
    • E-Brake is non-functioning due to StopTech brakes.
      • Hasn't been an issue, I just leave the car in gear.
      • Will include all OEM hardware should you want to go back to OEM in the rear.
    • Power steering pump has a bit of a whine while turning the wheel when stopped. Started after the Chase Bays install. I replaced the checkball banjo bolt thinking that might help but no change. Could be air in the lines, the underdrive pulley or something about the kit. It’s never bothered me enough to tear into it again.
