WTB - E46 M3 ... budget, roughly $20k+. Miles don't matter. Mods preferable.

Getting rid of my newer M3s .. looking to get back into the E46 game for a little while. Car will be my daily, so miles don't matter too much. Tasteful, track focused modifications are a bonus. Not sure where $20k gets me now, last E46 M3 I sold was for $11k .. kicking myself for that. Anyways, I can expand upon my budget for the right car. Cash ready. Clean exterior / interior is preferable, although I don't mind taking on smaller projects like trim restorations and so on. Manual, and black/red interior highly preferable .. no real preference as for exterior color, beggars can't be choosers I suppose. If the car isn't black, or TiAG I'd be happy, but not a must.

Also, general bump -- budget can be pushed up to $25-30 depending on the car. Would prefer to stay under $25 though.
