The car has been maintained religiously by Dan Avon (our Bay area E46 M3 savant) for most of the items since 2018 so you’ll have great provenance and familiarity. One thing we’ve noticed recently is that there is some popping of the spot welds between RACP and chassis on the driver side wheel well. Diagnosis is to continue monitoring and do a topside reinforcement kit if it progresses (most folks don’t do). However, I just wanted to be 100% transparent. I’ve also included a picture to show this. Car comes with 2 remote keys.

In summary, this is the 5th M car I’ve owned over the years, and it’s been a blast to own and drive. Zero leaks, and paint (aside from an underside bumper scuff, and 2 tiny scratches) is gorgeous. No door dings/swirl marks, and interior is pristine with no rips/tears/blemishes. All recalls (rod bearings, airbags) have been taken care of promptly. No accidents/stories/drama, just a fellow enthusiast looking for the next lucky owner to continue to drive and enjoy her.

If the ad is still up this is still for sale. Located in the Bay Area (San Mateo). Price - $32,500
