Looking to sell my beloved E46 ///M... it's a sad day to be listing my baby but it has to go. With 2 kids and my 6 yr old joining different sports, it's just not enough room and my wife can't drive my car either which is troublesome when I need her SUV. It is currently my daily driver, but I barely put maybe ~200-300 miles a month since I started working from home when COVID started.

Clean title, 3rd owner purchased in 01/2015 and always been in CA. Never tracked or taken on canyon runs, responsible driver.

Maintenance:

• All maintenance done by Kaiv (insp 1 & 2), preventative, bushings, rtab/fcab, guibos, control arms, shock mounts, belts etc.. have all documented items from Kaiv (89k)
• Full cooling overhaul by Kaiv (100k) - radiator, fan clutch, water pump, thermostat & housing, hoses, seals etc..
• Subframe reinforced (stitch welded + poly mounts) with turner motorsport reinforcement plates by Kaiv during 6sp conversion (89k) - have full parts list
• Vanos was replaced by previous owner (83k)
• Rod bearings hasn’t been done yet
• Inspection 2/valve adjustments completed from Matt @ TechCraft (120k)
• Brand new Interstate H7 (94R) AGM battery installed last week
• Has never had a drop of any other gas other than Chevron or Shell during my ownership

Interior:

• New thicker perforated leather steering wheel by ‘shepott’ (perforated sides and lower trim)
• Eonon head unit with Apple CarPlay (not wireless)
• Rennline phone mount (adapted with spigen MagSafe - non charging)
• 3M crystalline 40% tint all around including sunroof and 70% 3M crystalline on the windshield
• OEM ///M carpet floor mats + OEM BMW all weather floor mats

There is a minor scrape/cracked paint on bottom passenger corner of the front bumper (this happened years ago from a parking block, had a little too much to drink when parking)I’m sure I’m missing a few additional items not listed. Many little refresh parts done to the interior & exterior. Still have all stock parts minus wheels and section 3 (SMG pump and all linkage, suspension, steering wheel, factory nav, headers + sec 1, extra set of door seals,
