2011 328i Touring

Car is a base model with RWD and no iDrive. Black over black automatic. The car was originally sold in Florida and came to Georgia in 2014. Carfax shows a minor rear end collision in 2012. I suspect this is the cause of the damage to the rear bumper (see photo). The car is solid and has no rust. I have quite a few receipts from the previous owners showing regular oil changes. The third owner and I did significant maintenance and repairs. Lots of receipts are available.

The front struts, top hats, etc. are completely worn out. Dampers and perhaps a suspension refresh would be next if I were keeping the car.
The car is a solid “ten footer,” but up close you can see it has been a daily its entire life. There are plenty of scratches and blemishes as well as a few dings and dents here and there.
The interior shows a little wear on the driver’s seat, the sunroof trim fabric is sagging, and the previous owner vinyl wrapped all the wood trim and did only a so/so job. The passenger front door pull has been replaced, but the rears have not and are bit gooey. The rest of the interior is in good shape. The front 3d form fitted rubber mats and a rear rubber cargo mat are also in good shape.
The car drives well (other than the front struts being worn out) and everything works. The FRM module was just replaced at the dealer courtesy of a warranty extension and all they came up with in the inspection was the front dampers and the front tires getting close to needing replacement (4/32”). The car is in north metro Atlanta and will include three keys.
