This car is completely mechanically sound. No leaks, no worn or tired suspension or steering parts. No interior rattles. It is a turn-key car that can be driven and enjoyed as it is, with none of the drama that comes with BMWs with deferred maintenance or neglect. All repairs have been fully documented (pictures and parts receipts available upon request). Blackstone Labs oil reports also available upon request.
The manual conversion was executed properly and completely, using the car’s original 420G transmission and Genuine and/or OEM parts. It looks, feels, and operates exactly as a factory 6MT would.
Exterior 8/10. Interior 8/10. This is not a concourse-level showpiece. It is a very nice driver. It has minor blemishes in the paint (small chips, scratches, bumper dings, etc) but overall presents beautifully inside and out. The driver’s seat outer bolster and center console arm rest show some wear (no tears). The paint has been buffed and polished, and the car is completely straight with no body issues whatsoever. The Carfax shows minor damage reported during the first owner’s ownership, around 2006. The title is clean, clear, and in hand.
