I just got a set of 19 inch bbs lm with tires shipped from Texas to Los Angeles. Was about $500-$700 I believe including insurance with FedEx ground according to the seller.

If you ship them in pairs, two wheels facing each other with cardboard sandwiched between, shipping cost tends to be less. Shipping the spare wheel is an issue.
