What better way to highlight the special sporting nature of your E46 M3 by replicating what BMW has implemented on their current M models: replace the Sport button in your center console with this red version!
While the E46 M3 CSL unfortunately never made it stateside, in 2005 and 2006, BMW offered some choice improvements direct from the CSL to create the Competition Package (ZCP); for those E46 M3 drivers who wanted a slightly more track-friendly machine, their M3's received the uprated brakes and steering rack from the CSL and revised suspension tuning. Like the exposed carbon fiber roof panel that is now a staple among M Cars, another exciting first for the CSL was a more race-inspired stability program called "M-Track Mode." In the CSL's case, the pre-cursor to what is now BMW's MDM actually did away with the multi-function and cruise control buttons on the steering wheel in favor of a single, dedicated M-Track Mode button.
For ZCP models, a red M-Track Mode steering wheel button to match is also available.
