We’re now offering the Karbonius carbon front bumper cover for the BMW E46 M3. This is a full pre-preg carbon fiber bumper cover, not a cosmetic overlay, designed as a lightweight replacement for the OEM bumper.
The bumper is manufactured using autoclave-cured carbon fiber and reduces weight by approximately 4 kg compared to the factory bumper, helping improve front-end response and overall balance. It features a 2×2 twill carbon weave with a Kevlar-reinforced lower section for added durability in high-impact and high-wear areas.
Fitment is handled through integrated carbon mounting points designed to replicate OEM mounting locations. Each bumper is individually numbered and produced in Karbonius’ facility in Milladoiro, La Coruña, Spain, under ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
