Sat Nav or Audio Upgrade

New to the board , but recognise some off BM3W.
Anybody on here changed there audio equipment ,for Double DIN stuff , something like Alpine W200 or Pioneer AVIC D3.
Wouldn't mind a bit more sound , and might aswell have Nav aswell.
Any thoughts.

gaz from on this forum went to see a CSL 05 plate with no air con and did not
buy it . he could not live with the dash :notworthy:
