I'm engaged to an American so it looks like I am emigrating..
If I dont sell then it will go into storage for when I visit the UK.
Maybe with its mileage and limited use in the next few years it will appreciate....Comment

Sounds like a reasonable swap
For a well looked after example with low miles I think prices are always going to be firm although the cost of storage, road tax, insurance etc for very limited use is going to make it a real luxury.
