Don't think it works in matt black, not enough solid creases to the bodywork. Maybe if you had a vorsteiner bonnet or something. Matte/gloss White is the way to go.

can any good photoshoppers post a pic of White csl and matte black csl with black csl alloys and carbon vents, grilles and mirrors. Big ask but I've never done Photoshop sopointless even trying! Hmm decisions decisions.

One question is steves White one wrapped or painted. I'd search but I'm on I phone 3g because router is playing up. Bt grrrr !

I think Steve had his CSL re sprayed in White :drool: after he removed some of the original SG off at the Ring ... :whistle: Best he answers this question really :hahaha:

The Matt black looks stunning but it seems everyone is doing that colour....Not sure about carbon fibre though, think that would be a bit naff...Now it's also been done before but the Orange or Green I've seen looks stunning.

Deffo white mate - never tire of looking at those cars in white, the E46 M series really suits it imho.

Matt black is quite cool but i think the novelty would wear off and end up looking a tad chav!

TBH i thought the same until i saw a couple of cars in the flesh with the matt black wrap. have a look at this Aston and tell me it looks chavvy.

My csl is definitely not a daily driver, so the matte black would still look fresh everytime I drive it. I'm now torn. Ahhh. Matte black with carbon mirrors, roof, vents and grilles and rear diffuser with black wheels. Or White with all the above. :banghead:

How about... Carbon Fibre front bumper, bonnet (to match the roof) boot lid and rear bumper :drool:. Leave the rest SG and get the wheels painted Anthracite. :thumbs:

BMW Santorini Blue.... it's like a pastel bluey purple, never seen it in the flesh but have seen it on a couple of E30 M3's in mags and it looked :smt055

Ive been looking now all morning, think matte black is edging it for me.

The white looks stunning, but im drawn towards matte black at the minute. Ill run with that for 12months then try the white next year I think. :smt055
