Well I've just spoken to BMW and I was 'lost in the system' so no warranty issued hence no paperwork received! :banghead: :bigcry:

I hope they backdate it to the 9th Feb....

I rang bmw today, and the guy said there is "a problem with the letter"..?? and should be recieving paperwork in about 10 days. But my warranty starts 9th march as i was told when i purchased it. 14 day cooling off period starts when i recieve the paperwork.

Mine does now still start on the 9th March with expiry in 12 months so that moves it away from my tax, insurance AND MOT which is good! :bigcry:
