We should think about kind of book about all the CSL's.

I've had one for my Z1. The book showed every single car, production date, options and what country it was going to.

I like your idea of a CSL book  I've been toying with the idea myself for a while. Very time consuming to do it RIGHT but I'm willing to contribute www.mattharvey.net

Thats about right then, being December is the last month BMW built CSLs.,but i have heard of CSL owners phoning BMW about build numbers and codes and getting no where,BMW say the CSL wasn,t numbered and cars were taken on and off the production line which buggerd the vin codes up.

I'm going to burst the bubble here as my Chassis number is 500+...

Mine was built in week 51, registered July 04, so a very late one.
