We seem to be attracting a lot of attention at the moment mate. I'm starting to feel that a larger part of the site needs to be membership only with just a small public area for non members. Needs to be locked down a bit.

It's been and continues to be a really good site, and just dont want a small minority or tiny cock twats changing the balance .. so we will be looking at a proper members area, with a bit of validation before allowing entry..

crash what they perceive as being an
interesting Forum.

The more you engage the more they like it.

Once you start down the route or path of
restrictions though, then I personally feel you
will slowly bring about the demise of a Forum.

It did not take long yesterday for
members to suss the situation and deal
with it.

I thought it was quite amusing in places.

The 'policing' of any good Forum is its own
members, yesterday was proof of that.

Personally, and although I understand other
members concerns, think it works just fine
as it is.

I know Shim and we did agree that when were out the other week over in the wharf, but we do need to a little more thought around this.

Maybe Mark can block the ip address of the numpties once banned so they can not just log on in disguise .. or wire them up to the national grid so when they next log on from that ip address they end up looking like this ..
