Moving on...hmmmm. Was all sorted when it sold and quite happy then following it along the road last night started thinking WTF have i done :bigcry::bigcry::bigcry: :hahaha:

Think i will probably go get something like a Focus RS for a while once my Audi sells then have a re-think.
Still want another MK2 Escort but supersonic prices have pushed me out of that game :sad:

Cossies....aghhhhhhhh :banghead: :hahaha:

Got some odds and ends.

Off the top of my head,

Full set of polly bushes (unused)
brand new OEM front / side indicators
Brand new in packaging heat sheild
Original 3 door header tank (un cracked)
Matt Black single bar strut brace (trial fitted only)
Genuine Ford RS500 front splitter
Genuine Ford RS500 front Grills
Fancy Engine (fresh rebuild)
L8 ECU with MSD Anti-lag, launch control, Wasted spark, Air injector boost control etc etc
Brand new DEFI boost & oil press with Control unit.

Have boxes and boxes of stuff in the loft so will need to have a look at what i have.
Thats just the 3 door stuff, i've also got a stockpile of Saff and Escos bits i collected over the years :bigcry: :bigcry: :bigcry:

Not sure what i'm going to sell on as there is a strong possibillity i will buy another but at the moment the engine, ECU and splitter are advertised.

Pistonheads I think Paul, it is only a shell (maybe with running gear) but I'm sure it's his old/current one...

I remember the day I sold my Mercury 2WD Saph, I went straight indoors and looked at Saph's again on Pistonheads! :bigcry: Within a week I'd put a deposit on my Escos, then I sold the Series 1 within the next fortnight and the day that went (on a Saturday) the very next day I went to pick up the Escos and pay the balance! :hahaha: :thumbs:

I still would love a 2WD Magenta Saph on Diamond Cut RS7's!

only kidding lads - used to love cossies - in fact I convinced my old man to buy a sapphire as a company car in about 91 but his firm wouldn't agree to it (despite it being right price point and a 2.0L) because of the insurance due it being the car of choice for villains at the time (would have included all family members - including me at - 18 :whistle: ). Instead, I got to rag round in a
brand new Saab turbo :thumbs:

remember the 3 door was the original "jelly mould".

Derek id love a nice black or white 500 but dont think the CSL would go for one. I can use the CSL for so much more than i could a 500.
