I'm not sure to be honest. I have oem m3 wheels for track. Should I have any issues?

r u running 4 x m3 oem rears? or 2 x fronts + 2 x rears ? M3 rear OEM tyre is iirc 255/40 R18, im not up on M3 ...and hardly up on CSL's :banghead:
