Yep... start by replacing the cheesy OEM pads with PAGIDs or Performance Friction pads then add braided SS brake lines and better brake fluid with higher boiling point :thumbs:

As Matt says throw a set of harder compound pads in, the standard pads leave deposits on the discs which then are not removed due to pad being too soft.
A harder compound pad should clear them up.


Or drive with not much breaking then brake really hard from 100mph, this can clean them up too.

+1. Doing a trackday in my previous M3 cured the brake judder it was suffering beforehand.
