Must be the post code, give them the in laws postcode and see what happens.

Either that or use up the track days, 1k's quite pricey for CCI, mines even £606, but up for renewal end of next month.

I think they've fooked the quote mate. Should be a 1 not 2.

No chance I'm paying it, that's for sure.

I spoke to them on Friday to insure my 997tt. They were the most expensive quote I had.

Apparantely two weeks ago all there premiums went up. They are positioning themselves as a second car/garaged car, not main driver insurer in there words ;-/

                So the latest on this....

Taken "commuting" off the policy (should not have been on there in the first place as its not used during the week) and price drops to £1390. Still not HP but WTF can I do besides move house ?? Bonkers :moan:

                        thanks

Fook me, that's a great price Mark.

                          Spoke to Neil there...

Mentioned membership of this place, BMW CC and completion of Car Limits day !

Don't think my postcode helps, but car is underground secure car park for 5 days of 7 !!!

I sorted my renewal with CCI last month, it went up slightly from last year, but then I had a mileage cap extended and i've moved house.

I did have a long chat with them and as everyone has said they were not too keen if you use your CSL as a daily driver or use it over 10k p/a, that seems to make them uncompetetive, which is a shame.

Yanto, do you park yours on the Street in E14?

I'm with CCI and I paid £368 for 5K miles and garaged with all mods declared. :supz:
The car is also kept away from my residential home in a secure compound.

The only stipulation is that I have to give them at least 3 days notice if using the trackday cover.

As with all these things though, you only ever find out how good your insurance REALLY is when you have to make a claim.

                              Best,

                              Jonathan

Is it still an Aviva policy?
