Thank for the input(well most of it)
I'll improve the ad with some more pics and act upon some of comments soon.
Can't help thinking a serious buyer will be looking for the right car at the right price, I would be very surprised if a genuine buyer would be put off by some lack of detail or pics in the ad.
Was thinking of eBay too, has anyone used eBay to sell a car?

i think its a bit underpriced. am thinking of putting mine up for sale with same mileage but as standard apart from 4.1 diff with diff cooler fitted for £22k
thought that was about the right price for mine, but not as sure now?
other bits (ap's/intrax/gt3 seats) will appear in parts sale section, vultures

Put an advert on m3 cutters. Some on there change up from M3.
An advert is the first impression, if 2 cars are priced the same and one has a fantastic advert and the other has a poor advert, and one says I dont do email. Which do you think will get the most enquiries?
Most people I find, tend to approach by email first, they gather info on the car, then go onto phone calls.
The more info you have in the advert, the less someone will need to ask you about.
PS, grandad says "Its not fucking rocket science":hahaha:

Ebay has been a nightmare for me with people bidding & not paying/turning up but i have just sold a Transit off of a Ebay ad set price not bidding & that was fine.Originally posted by toplad View PostThank for the input(well most of it)

IMO your car should be 23995 with the bitz you have on her, but if you want a quick sale thats a good price. Good luck

Tbh honest shim I just wanted to get the ad up and amend it with a bit of input, work in progress so to speak.Originally posted by shimmy View Posti think the price is spot on but and could be a bit better but tbh not everybdoy is as anal as the gits on here.
out of interest has it got xenon or a/c?
I'm after quick sale so thought I'd price it accordingly, ultimately the price is good and advert conveys the most important info, expect I left out the car has a/c and xenons. :hahaha:

Hi,
As my ''Grandmother'' always said
when selling you have to give some
interesting detail snippets and always leave
them wanting more.
Staggered Wider rear light weight
Alloy wheels with rolled arches and
Aerodynamically Race proven
High G-Force rear Spoiler, should grab
most petrol heads attention.
Regards,
The Gorilla.

Quite a few of the high price ones are still for sale after 2-3 months but cheaper ones are selling currently.
How long have you had it and where did you get it?

I've had the car just over a year, bought from a guy in North Hampton. I planned to start attending regular track days, but never got round to it, so it became a garage queen instead :smt055Originally posted by shimmy View PostQuite a few of the high price ones are still for sale after 2-3 months but cheaper ones are selling currently.

If things turn out well I'll buy another, don't see how the CSL can be bettered for handling, practicality and residuals, it's even good on juice :smt045
