My missus has one but I do admit to enjoying driving it. It is a real little hooligan - about as far removed from a girls car (driving experience) as you could ever imagine.

Proper hardcore, noisy, stiff, and very fast at less than 3 figure speeds. Not taken it on the track yet, but that will be rectified this year

Yes mate, 2013 model. It is a riot. Think of in as a Mini CSL and I genuinely mean that - only 200 in UK , very hardcore, etc... It doesn't look like a woman's car, at all....

It even has adjustable (ride height) coilover suspension as standard :notworthy:

And it feels considerably lighter and more responsive than the regular JCW. However I have fitted a set of Continental road tyres and removed the standard fit Kumho's from a safety perspective. It's used as a daily and the Kumho's are like Cups

It's deffo on the radar when i get bored of the 1M terry, especially now you say it's like a Mini CSL :supz:

We were disappointed when we realised that there were no options to spec... And considered a fully loaded JCW, but the drive, desirability and future resale value made the GP2 a no brainer
