I'm booked in, was there two years ago march and got lucky, but as you say it could be shit!! Hopefully see you there, m3,s nearly kitted out.Originally posted by SamT View PostI'm working on it mate, but weather is so unpredictable around that time of year.......but now i've got a selection of rims and tyres, (although no studded yet
) I may just do it!
RELAX Buddy, just playing with The Shimster......When he told me his best time, I thought i'd get reasonably close, even on my first visit.....NOWHERE FECKIN NEAR as it turns out....just under 2.49 for me :bigcry:
That was cause i was doing your lines mate :hahaha:
on Sy's stopwatch it was 2.29
I'd heard some pretty poor reports about Bedford (flat and boring), but i found it really good, technical in places, with balls of steel required to find the right braking points (back straight into the chicane for one).....I can see how it could become boring, but i'll defo be going back to Smash Shimmys best time :smokin:

And that report sums it up well, was expecting to find it boring but it's not, it's actually a really hard circuit to master! 150m marker for me was the braking point at the back straight, could just about scrub enough speed off and chuck it in :bigcry:

Oh it was at the end of the day buddy :blalalala: ...... although i did have quite a few Squirrelly moments going in when i was sure she was gonna spin....although that was with the cones being knocked out into the track which didn't help...... managed to shooo them back out eventually though

Just kiddingOriginally posted by Graham View PostBrake at 90m :119:
I was just about getting enough speed off at 150m marker by the 50m marker! My passenger got a little nervous at that point too :hahaha:
Just inside the 150m board ain't far off, but realistically if you think you are breaking at 150m it's probably more like 175m
