I popped over to the the Nurburgring for the off chance that the Sunday might be good weather. It was open all day and the weather was fabulous. Traffic was 'medium' considering the weather.
Anyway my wife and I sat near the bike parking area whilst cameras were filming and photographers took pictures wondering why. There was a 'Team Audi' van there and two Audi R8. Anyway once the car drove off, we spoke to the man with van and asked what all the fuss was about. It was Felix Bum Gardener.
Well this is the best picture my wife could get a little later. I think she thought it would make a change if we drop in on him. He will be taking part in the Nurburgring 24 race and manage an unofficial 8 min 10 second lap when I clocked him BTG.
