Was on a club jolly today, he was our VIP guest although you wouldn't know it - he was wandering around un-noticed for a while (new hairstyle !). Turned up in his famous transit van.

There's film on Instagram of him in a Bug Pur Sang and Ferrari FXX

It's a shame he didn't bring his Volvo Amazon Estate

A lot of people were talking about the price rises, I was playing it down however.

He is VERY enthusiastic about things - he was a bit standoffish on first approach as one might expect, but I asked if he wanted a trip down memory lane and rattled my keys at him. He asked what the car was, I said a CSL and his face lit up and we pretty much marched full pace to it and in he got. Mr Martin quizzed on the cost of the tyres (shocked at just over £500 for a set of cups these days), how long I'd had the car and said he very much regretted at parting with his.

It's a car that stays with its owners.
