According to ML FB it's sold already! Can't help but think they priced that too low.

None, as it was sold almost immediately, indicating it was snapped up before the price was adjusted.

I wouldn't be surpised to see it back up for Sale at £40K if it really did go for £35K.

Mind you, ML's Phone would've been ringing of the hook and so someone might have offered say £37K to seal it. Still a bargain in this market...
