Snap, since last May I think... Am tempted to cancel the order as I can't get any info about whether the fecking thing will ever be released.

But...there's nothing else I'd buy at the moment other than a 997.1 GT3.

Test drove one on Friday. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. It does feel more everyday than the CSL, not as special. You also sit very high in it. I dare say that with a set of bucket seats it would be quite the steer. However in three years time the CSL will feel just as special where as the M2 will be, well, just an old M2.

Will do if I get a chance but first impressions will be formed in Brecon Beacons.

There's a nice B road between Chepstow and Monmouth (via Itton).

Twisty and undulating and really enjoyable.

Know it well but there's better to be had on an early morning blast just a bit north, in the mountains. :smokin:

I know Llangynidr and Penderyn, but there are probably lots of good roads I'm not aware of?

A few years ago I went for a play down the A4520 in the Noble, it's a stunning road on which at one point I had all four wheels off the ground. :hahaha:

                                I've driven the new M2 and I must say I wasn't impressed.
It looks fantastic in the LBB colour and it really does attract attention.
However I did not like the steering, it just feels heavy. For me the interior is a massive let down. Very poor seats for an M car and the quality of the interior does not justify the price. If I'm honest I much preferred the predecessor the 1M.
