The kerbs will be out of the floor from only 3 cm. It was an important request from my side.
I will follow that point carefully :-D

Will cost me about half million pounds sterling equiv. in Hong Kong to build the house. :bigcry: Up side I will be able to resell it for about 3 to 4 million pounds equiv. :smokin:
