Thinking of buying a new build. What sort of discount can be had from list, better selling yours or just do a part ex? Any more info would be appreciated.

I went new build and sold house privately. You will always get a good deal on a new build especially at the end of each quarter. I would go into the show houses and tell them what your after as I found the good houses didn't get advertised.Comment
