Looked nice but gaps in the service history. Reached £47k including fees which sounds about right to me

I had a look at the service book too, always serviced correctly within mileage just not in time. Must have been when it was in storage as part of the collectionOriginally posted by Matt21 View PostLooked nice but gaps in the service history. Took a closer look after the auction. There were a few people looking around it, so it may sell in the next few days.
Had a couple of rust spots on the rear arch and paintwork wasn't mint. Looks like it has been used, which I guess is what it is designed for!
For me it's a £45,000 max car without the perfect history

I must admit I haven't seen the car, but I was told that it had 'evidence of heavy track use' by somebody yesterday who happened to be following the auction and was a fan of the CSLs. I guess it could well just be the AP brakes, not many people would fit them unless they were seriously in to track driving. I assume my car has been on the track previously as it has them, I won't change them though as they are great :supz:

That's what 8 hours of detailer preparation does for you the week before the auction.Originally posted by Smoftah View PostI also agree with you, this car looked mint!
No evidence of having harsh track use, not even signs of stone chips.
Just because it has AP's doesn't necessarily mean it's a track weapon only
