To sell or not to sell?

Only just got in here(!).

I've made the decision to move mine on. I don't keep it in London any more and it's just not getting used where it is. Need to buy a flat.

Also, with only a couple on the market at the moment, now seems to be a good time to move it on. Albeit, it's hard to try and price it.

Will be very sad to see it go, but at the moment i've broken my emotional bond with Cecil, so it's time to bite the bullet.

He's currently being fettled by Bartlett and will then get a service at Battersea, who can also sort out their previous fuck up.

Tough decision mate :smt056 just don't underprice it once it's all sorted
The CSL market is finally moving in the right direction and it's a sellers market due to demand outstripping supply, as long as it's not a hurried/desperate sale and you can afford to sit on it for a short while.
