    Share dealing

Just wanted to know if any of you guys deal in shares? day trading as a private investor or more long term?

I was lured into it after the RBS share price rocketed - i got sucked in far too easily to hype and ended up quite a bit out of pocket this morning (but in the space of 2 hours had turn the - into a +

Like on a rollercoaster but knowing when to get off before you are sick isnt easy :hahaha:

Ive heard JLP are on for good things short/mid term - their sp rose 58% today alone!! The price topped at 53p today and closed at 48p (up from 30.25p)

if you are in it for the short term dont buy shares as the commission is too high, only buy shares if you plan on holding them for a week or longer.

if you want to do day trading take a look at spread betting, but be careful and cut your losses and dont roll with them, it gets scary :bigcry:

Yea still not sure about spread betting, but might take a looky in the near future.

You are doing well well getting i on DES @ 30p now ~50p (~65% rise in a few days!!!). I have seem HAWK & JLP do the same in the space of a few days only to get knocked back down after the MM's scare the day traders into selling their stock.

                Good luck
