Help needed quickly please

does anyone know if KW3 rear shocks need to go back to KW for a re-furb or can it be done by any good quality hydrulic repair centre?

also if they do does anyone know how much it costs?

Not sure what you mean by any hydraulic repair centre?
I wouldn't trust sending to anyone for overhauling coilovers apart from the company that manufactured and knows their suspension. When parts are needed to be replaced, such as oil, shims, or revalved they will need to be specific.
