Fair point... but if you'd read the thread then you'd see that there's a little more truth to it than a simple 'rumour'.

Anyway, why are you selling the CSL so soon Waleed, bored already?

Can i not buy a car and sell on?

As for Cutters, i bought the car from Dozza, kept it for a while and sold it for 1k more as i bought it very cheap. There was no mileage re-winding or anything.

Dozza couldnt take it that i was making profit, if that was the case, he shouldnt have sold the car at a low price.
Fair enough if that's the case - so are you saying the following is not true?

You were aware that the car had been clocked previously and that's why Dozza dropped £3k off his asking price when he found out the car had been clocked, and sold it for you for £10k:

To say that I feel physically sick right now is a slight understatement.

Following on from THIS thread regarding the National Mileage Register (NMR) details held for my car.

More of an in depth detail about the history can be found

        >>>>>>HERE<<<<<<

It seems that the information held by the NMR is indeed correct.

I have been in contact with BMW to ascertain the true service history of this car.

The results are both shocking and surprising.

I will run through the information I have been given by various sources within BMW.

        21st Feb 2003 - Running In Service - 2882

So there is the first problem, a late running in service, in the Service Booklet I have here it is down as 1380.

        10th May 2003 - Oil Service - 10791

        4th June 2005 - Inspection 2 - 59819

50,000 miles without a service or oil change!?!?!?!?
It could have had one, but not at BMW.

        26th May 2006 - Oil Service - 70575

Very shocked to see this type of service history record for this car.

Why would anyone spend 52k on a car and then treat it like the above. I am having a hard time believing that the above is also true, I really don't know what to believe right now.

The Service Booklet I have here tells a very different story.

        20th Feb 2003 - Running In Service - 1380
        28th September 2004 - Oil Service - 10791
        4th June 2005 - Inspection 1 - 23700
        25th June 2007 - Inspection 2 - 45821
        17th December 2008 - Inspection 1 - 58010

I say its shocking as it truly is if someone would treat a car such as this in that way.

I say its surprising as the car runs perfectly, but since I have owned it its wanted for nothing.

I dont know where I stand or what to do.

If I sell the car it will have to be at a lower price, if I keep it I will end up losing even more money.

I am not the sort of person to scam others so thats why I have gone public with this, I could have been just as sly as the person who fabricated the cars history in the first place and tried to move the car on and not lose any money. But I cannot and will not do this.

I sincerely think that the person I bought the car from had also been a victim of this fabricated history so I wont be knocking on their door.

I bought the car from Northern Ireland, yes I can hear you saying it, its my own fault, should have bought a UK car where the history can be fully checked before service.

I did what checks I could at that time and they all came back with no issues. But being a car from Northern Ireland, the history cannot be fully checked.

I need some guidance, what do you think my car is worth? Should I sell it or run it into the ground, burn it, drive it off a cliff or just love it again, I feel sorry for the car, its been abused.

I also feel sorry for me as I was supposed to be driving back from Oxford to Devon today in a TVR T350T.

        Feel very sad right now.

        ******>>>>>> MORE DETAILS HERE<<<<<<******
And then you went on to advertise the car with the lower mileage for £14k with NO mention of a mileage error, even though you were totally aware of it?

IF all of the above is complete rubbish then that's fair enough and I owe you an apology.

        James :smokin:

Guys, would really rather keep this thread where it started, on another forum, rather than drag it over here to continue it, if people want to read about it over there they know where to go, I think it might be time to close and move it into the members section.

^^ Agree I can't bear any other forum on the internet apart from this one, especially the cutters one. Half of them can't even spell or punctuate correctly.

That's fine, I didn't want to carry on a discussion from cutters as its nothing to do with me but I was just giving W17led the chance to clear his name or confirm what happened with regard to the last M3 he sold.

I'll leave it at that - it wasn't an attack on Waleed, more of a question as to what really happened

Its very simple James, Funtime or whatever your name is!

I bought a car which is very well spec'd for a good price as the owner(dozza) had found out that the car had a mileage issue.

I sold the car to a very nice chap, with the mileage on the car and had advised in the ad that there was a mileage issue with NMR. It still sold as it was a nice car.

Cutters fans could not take it, that i bought a car from a member and selling it on for more, probably the one's that wanted it in the first place but were too slow.

How hard is it to understand?

As for the CSL, best car ever! I have a 964 turbo, which is track spec'd, and is up for sale this week, you will see on pistonheads, whichever sells first i will keep the other.

Both cars hold value really well. Just need to free up some cash.

It's not hard to understand the version of event's you've posted above, I've just not herd them from you before so I can only go on what I've read before.

Anway, moving on, 911 Turbo track car!!!! get some photo's up ASAP

Surely you'd rather keep that than the CSL so I can see why it's up for sale, have you only just got the 911 then?

Also, what Supersprint does your CSL have? :hahaha:
