    Andy's Funeral on Tuesday 22nd

I am presuming most whom know Andy P are members here.

I plan to go to the crematorium on Tuesday ay 1.30pm. Not my favourite past time and i am not presuming there will be a mad rush to join me as i think often it is better to remember people living than dying, but i feel the need!

Also I think CSL solution is in order.

(however if i am abroad with work i will have to make my excuses):smokin:

Not my favourite pass time either Shimm but I hope to attend to show my respect. If there is a good number of cars for CSL Convoy solutions then I may get my SG out of Hibernation early.

The cremation service will take place at 1:30 pm on Tuesday March 22 in the West chapel at the Cambridge City Crematorium.

Family flowers only, and any donations to the Arthur Rank Car Home where he spent a fortnight prior to his death.

This link provides an address & a facility to plan out your route if you wish to attend. There is plenty of car parking space.

Just gave myself a chill, went to put a message on The Hospice Remembrance tree and thought "Pressland" one "s" or two? ..I know i thought... I have email from him ... and then it struck me.. that the writer was no longer with us ... very sad still.

I'm in Thailand so can't attend but my thoughts will be with him on the day.

If we are going to arrange some flowers would someone be kind enough to put in for me and i will either square up at the next meet or transfer into there bank?

              It would be much appreciated.

I really am in 2 minds ..... it also brings the thought of it all to come for me and that is something I dont want in the fore front of my mind ....

Dunc, I feel I should make the effort but I will be driving a mondeo, would rather not put the miles on, I will have to see how long it will take, 3 to 4hrs ? no problem with meeting for a coffee but may not hang around for long after

HI Dunc... probably best if we sit down for a bevy & a natter after the service and have a few  for Andy R.I.P.
