    Front bumper security

Guys - have read on several threads about the ease of which M3 (and CSL) front bumpers are removed/pinched - a guy in my road recently fell victim...

Do any of you have additional security on them (additional retaining bolts etc) ? If so, is this an easy fit ?

You can fit bolts, but tbh, I could not be arsed they will only damage the bumper trying to rag it off. If it concerns you, buy an aftermarket CSL bumper, fit that and put the real one in the lounge. :hahaha:

It seems very common in London this bumper theft.
Scousers are better theives obviously, we just take the whole car:hahaha:

Not that fussed, if it was an easy fit, then maybe...

But, yes, does seem to be very common, particularly on the east-side !

Paint it pink, no one will want it, works for glendog and his wheels.

Only just. Marched thru Europe from home on Ukriane/Polish border to Italy by the Hun working on farms as a young boy then as allies overtook parts of Italy he joined up and just saw service around monte casino and a bit after then stayed in Europe as Brit soldier until 1947 then had choice of which country to go to as Soviets were making a real mess of his home.

Think he had to choose between UK, canada, South Africa, NZ etc, but chose UK as long as it wasn't Liverpool :hahaha:

These oldies make our lives seem tame tbh

Yep, my grandad fought in the war, quite a decorated soldier. I remember growing up and sitting on granddads knee telling me stories from the war, routing through his photos, medals etc. Filled me with a great sense of pride, he died a number of years ago, but the memories of his tales are fresh ad yesterday

The real men of that era make us look like pussies in comparison,
It's a shame the world has change so much.
It's a shame that the ethos of the real men, the gentlemen of yesteryear seems to be dieing out.

Ps I'm glad ya dad chose uk, I love you. Lol
