Don't get your hopes up too much Rob there will be nothing more then the excess £££ amount ... if you have one, that is :hahaha:

I'd imagine that rob is getting his alcantara replaced due to overcleaning it all the time:hahaha::blalalala:

Shows how much attention I pay, I never even knew it was away Rob. What were the Symptoms that made you land it in with them?

That reminds me, I never got invoices for Warranty work, despite always asking for them. All the work is shown on the System, a mate works for BMW and let me have a nosey one time I was in.
