All good, one of the diff seals needed replacing and was covered under warranty, got them to give the car a good look over and do a oil service and Im happy.

Basically I booked in with Emma, grabbed a coffee and had a chat with Gareth.

Got a phone call a few hours later saying its all covered and pick the car up the next night after work.

Would I return, yes.

Customer service was spot on and the fact I could talk to the main technician was also a bonus.

If you ring up and speak to Emma and say your from the register then she can make sure Gareth's free when you drop the car off.

By pass the front desk if you can (since Ant isn't there anymore) and speak to Gareth (Ex Murketts M Tech) directly with what you need done to your Cecil :thumbs:

Went to front desk and spoke to Emma, got a coffee while she bought Gareth out and had a chat to him for ten minutes or so and pointed out things on the car.

Gareth has also got the green light to be the only mechanic to touch a csl that comes through CSLR.

Let you know how it goes.
