CSL Interior...so how much in parts ?

    >£21K new !!

So, got me thinking about a subject we have previously discussed...

I know we've debated this before, but how cheap do the cars go before they are worth buying to break ??

    On a good day...

    Interior: £6K
    Airbox: £3K
    Bumper: £1.5K
    Front Splitters: £250
    Rear: £250
    Wheels: £1K

    Thats £12K.....

surely the rest is worth >£8K ??? (based on funtimes sale)

12k I reckon. To get £15k back. Its hard to break a car, not as easy as you think and then lots more man hours selling the bits. Easy for me to break

But just as 2nd hand car values drop, so do 2nd hand parts.

The list you put up I reckon is closer to 8k than 12k.

I have a 52 plate e46 M3 in now for breaking, I see that at 7-9k broken, with everything working.

I think Craig got about £15k, breaking it himself, and he had already mashed up a lot of bits when he binned the CSL

Market tis on it's arse at the minute though shim,

I reckon 15 k is still achievable on breaking now in today's Market, depends how desperate you are to sell.
