    That's it Folks

The time has come to let her go! Absolutely gutted!
Going to Munich Legends on Saturday for the guys to move on for me.
Couldn't bear all the silly questions and tyre kicking plus really haven't got the time or the patience :119:

SB with 58.5k miles have put 26k on her in 27 months of ownership. Have been the most enjoyable miles, wasn't supposed to be my everyday ride.

What to get next is the question? Got my eye on a R32 54 plate with 41k on

Gutted for you mate, even though we have been nattering and you know my thoughts, the same as in the best car we have owned and you will miss it, as I do .. BUT if you don't move on at some point you never progress, unless you can of course have one in addition to others, be nice to sample other stuff.. always can go back as well, just because you've sold it doesn't mean you can't have another after all ....

Im looking forward to playing with new toys next year, loved the CSL and will always have a special place, only ever kept cars for year prior had the CSL for 4 .. so it is special without doubt :smt056

Sorry to hear mate - don't be a stranger !

Didn't realise you'd put that mileage on her in that time - you've had about the same time as me.

R32 has good write up - stick a supersprint on it

Daz - pm me your phone / email dude

Don't do it mate - the R32 has worse mpg than the CSL which is bizarre considering it is over 100bhp down. It is a tad on the fat side of course and will not have that 'special' CSL feeling about it...

Seem to be quaffing rather a large amount of whisky in the evenings as I prepare for the last drive on Saturday. :bigcry: Dan from Munich Legends phoned me today to say he already has a guy interested!

Have warned the missus to leave me well alone this weekend, I really am gonna miss the SB, my biggest regrets are missing out on running Cups & the Spa & Ring trips!

May I just add that I have done a fair few hard miles this year on the Super Sports and I have 6.5mm left all round, very impressive!

On the Bright side, at least if there's a guy interested in it already, it might be a relatively quick and painless death...

On an R32 note, I had a quick shot of one before of course it felt bulkier, soft but the noise from the Milltek was very lush. I HAD to give it the beans every chance I got. But no, loved getting back into the CSL afterwards.

Good luck in whatever you choose, hope you're off the Scotch by now...07:00!

Yeah, stick around Roly. Your still in the club when you become an ex-owner.
