Never a nice thing to hear, Hope it all goes as smoothly/friendly as possible bud
IMO always good if it can be sorted between a couple rather than paying big solicitors bills!

Can't really help on advice mate as no experience, but if this is related to you personally, I hope you get things straightened out w/out too much legal intervention - All the best

All I'd say is try to talk, try to understand why things have gone wrong and not what has resulted because things have gone wrong. Try not to blame and try to talk again. If things don't work out try to come to a non legal agreement on a split and then get it written up without a lawyer if you can.

If all that fails, go for the throat!:-D

Never nice to hear, particularly to those who have just got married recently, :-s

Hopefully it can all be sorted amicably as other have said without the need for Solicitors and the high bills that come with them.

Sad to hear and it's funny how things and people change with time, live for now and if both parties are not happy then time to move on mate. Best for both of you, feel for your kids if you have any but they'll get over it. I know, ;-)
