It is a NI company so unlikely the majority of you guys will have had any dealings with them.
The seller is the owner of the company and he sells through his personal ebay account which has literally thousands of listings and many of them belong to unfortunate people like myself but most have not got the patience or persistence to chase what is rightfully theirs -

    I do.
NO worriers  now that this item has been vetted I hope you got eBay involved by letting them know the NI Co. is selling stolen goods.
Best of luck with getting a positive result :smt023

      Ok so an update.

      I got it back :smokin:

Basically it was indeed sold but locally in NI and in the nicest possible way I informed the owner of this company that I would be coming yesterday evening to collect it and that it would be in his best interest to ensure it was available for me to collect.

I did go so far as to contact the police and indeed made a statement outlining the events leading up to this and I imagine they will be paying him a visit very soon to discuss a few matters they had concern about.

Thats the thing Matt, this company isnt selling the goods on ebay. He is taking them from customers cars etc and selling them through a private & personal ebay account. Had I been forced to go down the legal route this would actually have made things a lot easier for me but an awful lot more difficult for him.

Some company that takes your goods and sells them, who is the company and ebay name so we know to steer clear of them.

Bit slow on the uptake of this Chris, sorry just back from Holidays.

That's pish craic that someone would sell something that doesn't rightfully belong to them!!! At least you got it back but what about the innocent buyer? I suppose he's to take it up with the seller from this point on aye?

Good result for yourself though mate, I should keep mine under lock and key now for sure.
