My renewal came through today, increased premium by ~ £150 and only 5 td.

Jim, who are you with, I seem to remember you had same td coverage and a good price.

Give Cci a ring Barry and have a chat with them,they reduced my renewal quote when they knew I wasn't very happy.

I'd recommend them Barry.

The track day package is good.
They quoted me stupid money initially for renewal this year but I called them and they requoted favourably.

Good staff.


I however have moved to Classicline. They do track day insurance which is normally about £50 a day.

If you email them Csl register member and if you have done car limits they discount you extra.

I only got cover for 5 track days. Think I pay £600 per year

Barry, make sure you ask them to remove commuting to work assuming you don't use it for this. Took my premium down by about 30/40%

"Policyholders will be offered cover for a maximum of five track days (six for Lotus) included as an extension to their existing policies with Aviva. These track days can only be Aviva accepted organisers (see attached list).

Two track days may be used on European tracks from the attached list.

All cover for Track Days must be booked via Competition Car Insurance, giving at least 48 hours (2 working days) notice. NB: Under no circumstances can we accept bookings for your included Track Days on the day of the event."

I rang CCI, and then Need to insure, who were over £100 cheaper when it was the same policy..... In fact N2insure will ring CCI to sort the insurance out... ( I think I have only 5 trackdays on mine tho? )
