She'd had an E61 525d for the last 5 years that we bought as an AUC. I was going to replace it with an F11, but they are still stupidly expensive, even at 3 years old. 5GTs are about the same price, and you get a hell of a lot more metal for your money as it's based on a 7 series. They don't drive as well as the normal 5er, but it's not my car so I'm happy to be wafted around in more comfort.
This thing is a 530d SE GT, with a decent amount of spec/toys. I'm just waiting for the first alloy to get kerbed (they're 35/20s !).
(BTW, the dubious individual in the driving seat is the salesman, not me !)
