Could be anyone that mark.
This is where I don't think the way they can bully us is fair.
If this was a murder case, then conviction alone on a shakey picture would not be enough.
Tell then you out the keys on the kitchen table that day and don't recall driving there at all.
Unless it's clearly you ?

I have to agree with Das, the evidence is pretty clear - I'd be asking myself is it worth the sh1tstorm of stress to myself and family to fight something on the slim chance a technicality will invalidate the evidence.
For me, no-one got hurt so pay it then go out, grab a meal, have a laugh about it over a few drinks and move on. I'm only speaking for myself but that would be how I would deal with it.
Probably not what you want to hear Mark, but it comes from a good place.

Yes but anyone that can drive the csl can drive the loan car.Originally posted by Das Chin View Postdisagree
they have got you there mark and you will have to take it.
BMW will have a record to of you in the loan car so there is little you can do.
unless you want to pay a decent lawyer to act on your behalf but you may aggravate the judge and they will then throw the book at you.
No any one on my insurance can drive it so not just meOriginally posted by 73CSL View Postassume you were the only named driver on BMW's insurance too ?
I'd be more concerned there is now a photo of you driving a 5GT on the internet .. no hiding now

I feel your pain. Maybe the assholes should focus on driving standards for a change! Spoke to three sets of traffic cops and they all said that they'd rather deal with poor driving but are told from the powers above to concentrate on speeding, phones and seatbelts.Originally posted by Mark CSL View PostI will put my name on it and lets see if they offer 3 points and a £100 FINE its goint to cost £500 to get off and i might not have been the driver as the car was used by me my son and the mrs
Revenue generation based road safety
Yet a bet folk who do 40 on the motorway never get sent on driver improvement courses!
