I thought all car were like that. Defo noticed in csl and it does bug, one arm bent more than other.

As a few above, no 35k houses up here and if there was I doubt you'd get that 12% yield.

Oh and the landlord vs tenant rights is complete bullshit. Best to bring the heavies. Lawsys got the right idea

GT3 may be a better car but 3 times the money & a good driver in a CSL would stay with a GT3... IMO
The owner is on here, not my place to tell you who but there are a few I know of that have sold for very low 20s and that seems to me to be the point where they make sense.

        3 times? 996 mk2 gt3 for 32k, 997 mk1 gt3 for 45k.

Sorry if it annoys you, one of the best things about caging mine was being able to weld seat mounts further left so the wheel is actually in front of me

996 bud, has to be a 997 & the fact its signed by Tim Harvey knocks 5k off straight away :119:

Haha, no worries! I took it out this morning and never even thought of it. I've been driving only BMs for last 12 years, so anything else just feels weird now

Off on the beer anyway now!

You'll hate the new ones where they've actually given some thought to the RHD versions then

                            Just saw this....

Interesting suggestion that it would be worth £50k in 10 years !

Can think of better yields elsewhere if it doesn't make it after 5

If it was going to be worth £50k in 5 years i would have thought NJ would have kept it!!
