SG 17K miles for sale at Munich Legends

I have to disagree I've just bought my 3rd car from Munich Legends yesterday and have always had a very high degree of respect for them .
Dan knows his cars and actually ML was taken over in 2009 and they kept the best staff back then so what went on historically is water under the bridge .
I have seen some lovely cars especially yesterday.
They take great pride in the cars they sell.
There are very few CSL's about as we know but Dan's knowledge is very very good .

Hi Alex... I totally agree :beer: (and don't even have a hand bag to swing) however I do wonder how else I can address false information being trolled about me and my car on the open forum by a recent arrival (SSS) who we know very little about and who openly choses to type misinformation about any CSLR member, regardless if it's a long time member or otherwise.
Maybe it's time for the Moderators to get creatively active and edit out all this inaccurate twaddle ?

James aka Monkey now works as an M-tech @ Chandlers BMW main dealer, at the Brighton - Portslade branch. He joined us on the Cecil 10th Anniversary Euro trip with one of his CSL customers/friends (John IIRC) from ML days. Were you there with us ?
Great guy and one of a handful of CSL gurus around, along with our Gareth @ Bartlett :thumbs:

So nobody left on the service expertise (CSL wise) side at Munich Legends then.

No I did not go to the reunion due to work commitments as per usual.

I'm afraid there are a few inaccuracies here I need to pick you up on.



There is no question with the quality of my car. If you have read my original FOR SALE Ad carefully and the follow on comments you'd realise it was subject of an independent 2.5 hour AUC pre sale inspection @ reputable BMW Indy. and it came back with a clean bill of health, only needing a New battery, replacement tyre weld & repair of the passenger widow seal, all of which have already been addressed. The only reason it didn't sell was a mutually agreeable price could not be reached. I've no hard feeling with either of the near buyers but as I've stated before this is not a desperate or forced sale so I have the luxury to politely decline offers I deem too low.


I certainly did not e.mail anyone (including your friend) with the £40K offer. As I said earlier I have declined such offers. You must have me mixed up with someone else or you're just making these thing up for dramatic effect. My second potential buyer was swayed by a 60 ish K miles car (simple maths proclaims that's simply not half of 91K of mine) and IIRC it was just a smudge under £40K. For accuracy, please confirm your friends name to make sure we're discussing the same person.

I have no interest or concern with if, how & when you purchase your own CSL. Those are your personal matters.


As already said above, it was not offered to anyone for £40K at any time and the current price of £47,995 ONO is only moving with the rising CSL values.

Above is the car that was on the forum that "pipped" your second buyer.

You offered yours to him for £40k and he bought the above car for £39K because it had 60K miles as opposed you yours with >90K miles.

The buyer does not need to worry about the extra £1K (as you can see from his garage)
He did not buy your car because the one he bought from this forum had better mileage and cost less.

Sorry chap but the fact is you're still wrong and barking up the wrong tree.
I've not e.mailed anyone in that regard including your friend, who's name you won't say yet you quite happily type tones of nonsense about me and my CSL.
What are you hoping to achieve ?
