Hope you don't regret it, as a standard 996 GT3 is not as balanced as a CSL. Needs quite a few mods to make it faster.

The Mk I version only does an 8.03 'ring time and the Mk II is still behind the CSL with a 7.54 :whistle:

Obviously if you're going for a newer model, forget all of the above :beer:.

But with rumblings about gen 2 991 arriving with the 4 Ltr RS engine and a manual stick things could get even more interesting.
